What do You believe in? Are You willing to fight for those beliefs?
Anyone can be Warrior; all it takes is the guts to live every day with self-discipline. All it takes is the grit to stand by your beliefs and live up to your own ideals. All it takes is the gall to step up to the front of a crowd and tell people what they need to do. Anyone can be a Warrior, but few people have enough guts, grit, and gall to live the Way of the Warrior.
When you are a Warrior, you make a commitment to excellence. You do your best at everything. You make the most of yourself and your life.
A Warrior respects himself. He takes care of his body and his mind. Exercise and sensible diet make the body stronger. Learning and doing keep the mind strong and healthy. Self-discipline is the inner strength to take charge of your life and do what you know is right for you. It takes real guts to take responsibility for your own life.
A Warrior is honorable. He gives his word and he keeps his commitments. He is trustworthy and goes out of his way to prove it. “Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one else is watching.” Warriors value their own integrity. Warriors show that they have the “Right Stuff” and “True Grit.”
A Warrior is a Leader. People listen to Warriors because they know Warriors are honorable. People listen to Warriors because they admire self-discipline. People listen to Warriors because the Warriors are the ones to step forward and lead the way. Warriors earn the respect of their followers by being worthy of that respect. Warriors are goal-directed. You need to know where you are going before anyone will follow you. It takes sheer gall to tell others what they need to do to reach your goal.
Strength. Honor. Leadership. The Way of the Warrior is to live every day of your life with guts, grit, and gall. Do You have what it takes to follow the Way of the Warrior?
